Upcoming bokashi and EM events

Weekday Bokashi Work Days
Every Tuesday 10 am - 11:30 am
El Sol Brillante
at El Sol Brillante 12th St between Ave A & B (middle of the block, south side of the street) [Map]
and the Children's Garden (12th St & Ave B, southwest corner) [Map].
♿ Wheelchair accessible (Note: the gardens are at ground level, but pathways in the garden are not even.)
We'll be going back and forth between the two gardens treating, fermenting food waste (FFW), trenching FFW, feeding earthworms, and/or making bokashi.

Wednesday 11/4, 7 pm - 9 pm
at the 14th Street Y

We are back at meeting at the 14th Street Y.
Learn the latest about using sea water or using sea salt to make Activated EM--we will make some.
We will have fermented drinks and snacks. If you have some fermented foods or drinks you would like to bring to share, please do so. You can also bring snacks and drinks if you like.

A combined workshop and workday (treating, fermenting food waste (FFW), trenching FFW, feeding earthworms, and/or making bokashi), we'll start at El Sol Brillante and end up at the Children's Garden.
